TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - CareerSource Capital Region, along with its Board of Directors, is pleased to invite business, economic & workforce development, education and community leaders to its 5th Annual Talent Innovation Summit.

The Talent Innovation Summit will feature nationally and locally recognized experts who will discuss the Return on Investment (ROI) of Talent Management.  Attendees will learn how to build robust talent management practices and discover how to impact a business’ bottom line by not only reaching, but surpassing, business goals.

 

This year’s Keynote Speaker is Eddie Gonzalez Loumiet, business leader, mentor, speaker, manager and information technology expert, who serves as the CEO of Ruvos.

 

Gonzalez will provide attendees with effective strategies to drive innovation through diversity, effectively manage your talent pipeline and create a compelling employee experience to drive engagement and profits. 

 

In addition, the Talent Innovation Summit will feature a panel discussion featuring Monique Akanbi, Field Services Director at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); Sharon Bradley, Vice President, HR Consultant & Staffing Manager at Capital City Bank; Lester Hutt, President of Hutt Recruiting Services, LLC; and Gloria Pugh, CEO of AMWAT Moving Warehousing Storage. 

 

Panelists will provide information, tips and tricks they use in their organizations’ talent management practices.
