Hurricane Michael - Emergency Training Grant

Have you lost your job as a result of Hurricane Michael? The National Emergency Grant (NEG) may be able to assist you with temporary employment. Individuals who qualify for disaster relief employment include: 

  • Those who are temporarily or permanently laid off as a consequence of the disaster
  • Dislocated workers including the self-employed who have lost work due to the hurricane and
  • Individuals who have been unemployed long-term.
