CareerSource Capital Region Announces Appointment
of New Board Member and Board Membership for 2024
GADSDEN, LEON, & WAKULLA COUNTIES, FL — CareerSource Capital Region (CSCR) is pleased to announce that Tireshia Galloway has been appointed to its Board of Directors by the Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners. Currently, Galloway serves as both a business owner and a school principal, combining her entrepreneurial spirit with her passion for education.
For the past 8 years, she has owned and operated a childcare center in Gadsden County, providing a safe and nurturing environment for local children. Galloway has served for several years in leadership and teaching roles in Gadsden County Schools and currently serves as Principal at Crossroad Academy Charter School of Business.
“We are pleased to appoint Tireshia to the CareerSource Capital Region Board of Directors, to represent not only Gadsden County interests, but the interests of businesses and educators alike in the capital area,” said Kimblin NeSmith, Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners.

Business leaders are appointed to the CareerSource Capital Region Board of Directors by the Gadsden, Leon and Wakulla County Boards of County Commissioners, as required by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
