“Although the unemployment rate is low in the Capital Region, statistics show that 71% of Millennials expect to leave their employer in the next two years. And, statistics also show that most employees leave their employer due to dissatisfaction with leadership,” stated Kara Palmer Smith, Senior Director of CareerSource Capital Region. “To combat turnover, employers must develop their leaders and managers.  That’s the number one reason we’re offering our Leaders Evolve and Develop (LEAD) Training Program.”

Designed to maximize the leadership capacity for emerging, new and existing managers and based on modern, research-based, leadership theories, the LEAD training program delivers critical concepts that can be immediately applied in the workplace.  Businesses that are interested in developing leaders and managers should take advantage of this exclusive, 1.5 day opportunity on Thursday, April 25th and Friday, April 26, 2019.
