“We’re very happy to have several of the area’s top employers want to help train young adults who need to build skills,” said Anthony Hubert, Work Experience Assistant at CareerSource Capital Region. “Most people in this age group are still trying to figure out how they can gain experience to get the type of job they want, and these employers are ready and willing to help, all while the young adult gets paid $10 to $13 per hour. It’s a win-win.”
Career seekers can:
- get personal resume assistance and interview preparation at a career center near them, and
- if needed, gain access to a computer to attend the fair at a career center.
