TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – CareerSource Capital Region is pleased to announce the addition of Cristy Ward as an Account Executive within its Business and Employer Solutions team.  Ward’s primary focus is the Information Technology industry sector in the capital area.  

Ward joined CareerSource Capital Region from the Virginia Employment Commission, located in Richmond, VA, where she served as a Workforce Services Representative for the past seven years.  While there, Ward also served as a Re-Employment Specialist and Customer Service Representative, where she provided employment preparation and training solutions to employers.

“Cristy is a seasoned professional who has established and maintained relationships with prospective and existing organizational leaders by identifying their business needs,” said Lee Collier, CareerSource Capital Region’s Business Solutions Manager. “We are thrilled to find someone who will make an immediate impact in our department, offering expert oversight on projects and providing employers with quality solutions.” 

As an Account Executive, Ward is responsible for analyzing market data, selecting businesses to target, connecting with community associations, and developing relationships with local businesses.
