CAREERSOURCE CAPITAL REGION INVITES COMMUNITY TO ATTEND FAMILY AND FRIENDS DAY ON DECEMBER 14TH

Learn about opportunities to earn money and gain new skills in 30 days or less
 

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – CareerSource Capital Region invites the community to learn about an exciting program for young adults ages 16-24 at Family and Friends Day.

At this event attendees will be introduced to Dynamic Futures, a work readiness program for young adults ages 16-24 who are not currently enrolled in high school or college. If enrolled in the program, young adults may be eligible for financial aid to pay for GED courses and exams as well as additional career training. They may also qualify for internship opportunities where they can begin earning money in 30 days or less.

“Family and Friends Day is an opportunity for the community to learn about a program that will help the young adults in their life. Parents and guardians are encouraged to accompany their young adult to this event,” said Dan McGrew, CareerSource Capital Region’s General Manager. “This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a young adult to get their start in the work world. We are here to help them along the way as they learn the skills they need to have a successful career.”
