CAREERSOURCE CAPITAL REGION ANNOUNCE FOUR NEW TEAM MEMBERS

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – CareerSource Capital Region is pleased to welcome three new full-time employees—Jennifer Krambeck, Leonard Daniels, and Jujuana Howard—and one full-time employee with the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) that will be housed at CareerSource Capital Region—Christopher Holland.

“As the importance of the work that we do continues to grow, we’re pleased to be able to expand our team to include talented individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality solutions to businesses and career seekers in our community,” said Trish Yahn, Client and Business Solutions Manager, CareerSource Capital Region. “Jennifer, Leonard, Jujuana, and Christopher will help our organization continue to innovate and thrive in the Capital Region.” 

 

Jennifer Krambeck Profile PhotoJennifer Krambeck will serve as the Recruitment and Events Coordinator. She was most recently employed with DEO as a Business Solutions Representative. Krambeck is a Florida Certified Workforce Development Professional. In her new role, Krambeck will provide local businesses with recruitment solutions and will coordinate all hiring fairs and recruitment events. 

“In my new role I am excited to help local businesses hire talent,” said Krambeck. “I have worked with CareerSource Capital Region’s team for many years through my position at DEO. I am thrilled to be able to take a more hands-on role in the coordination of recruiting talent through our hiring fairs and recruitment events.”

 

Leonard Daniels Profile PhotoLeonard Daniels will serve as the STEM Ready Placement Specialist. He was most recently employed with Quality Investigations in Washington D.C., where he worked in security operations for the Federal Aviation Administration. 

Previously, he was founder and CEO of Ezra Nehemiah Solomon, a nonprofit organization assisting underserved and at-risk youth and their families.  Daniels also worked for many years in software development in our nation’s defense industry.  He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Quantitative Methods from Alabama A&M University, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and Engineer Tech from Florida A&M University. Leonard is also a Florida Certified Workforce Development Professional.

“In my new role, I am looking forward to helping career seekers, especially the long-term un/underemployed, become fully employed,” said Daniels. “The STEM Ready grant allows me to do what I do best—connect people to opportunities.”

 

Jujuana Howard Profile Photo

Jujuana Howard joins the Executive Center team as a career consultant.  Previously, she was the Director of Business Operations for Highly Trusted Transport, Inc., a Superintendent of Health Services for the US Air Force Reserve, and an HR Manager at the Henry and Rilla White Foundation.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Resource Management from Troy University and two Associate degrees, Human Resource Management and Health Care Management, from Community College of the Air Force. Howard is also a Florida Certified Workforce Development Professional.

“My greatest satisfaction in this job will be to have a positive impact on matching employers with qualified talent and career seekers with employment opportunities,” noted Howard.  “I look forward to partnering with Executive Center career seekers as they pursue their career goal

 

Christopher Holland Profile PhotoChristopher Holland joined the Business and Employer Solutions team as a Business Solutions Representative. Holland was most recently employed with Department of Revenue as a Revenue Specialist III and with Goodwill Industries as a Trainer and Computer Lab Manager. He also previously worked with Florida’s Agency for Workforce Innovation (AWI), the predecessor to DEO, as well as DISC Village.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oneonta State University.  

“I look forward to helping businesses recruit for open positions through Employ Florida as they partner with CareerSource Capital Region in my role,” noted Holland. “I am excited to re-learn the workforce industry from a new perspective and provide high-quality solutions to the people and businesses in our community.”
