“Hiring fairs provide local businesses with the chance to meet local talent that is interested in careers in these industries,” said Kara Palmer Smith, Senior Director at CareerSource Capital Region. “Recruiters who attend these events often appreciate meeting candidates face to face as it provides them with an opportunity to review their resume and learn about their background and interests. We are excited to bring this event to Gadsden County for the third consecutive year.”
